There are three Ibis hotels in Belfast. The nearest to Stranmillis is Queens Quarter (7) but ETAP Belfast Bedford Street (8) is also possible. The other is not recommended as it is too far away.
There are two other Premier Inns in Belfast, these are on the other side of the city to Stranmillis.
